DIY Natural Calming Soap Recipe
Ingredients
(makes approximately 6 bars):

500g melt-and-pour soap base (goat’s milk or shea butter works beautifully)

20 drops lavender essential oil (calming, grounding)

10 drops sweet orange essential oil (uplifting, gentle)

5 drops frankincense essential oil (deeply relaxing, nervous system support)

2 tbsp dried lavender buds or chamomile flowers (optional, for texture/beauty)

Silicone soap moulds
Instructions

Chop the soap base into small cubes and melt it slowly in a double boiler (or microwave in short bursts).

Once melted, stir in the essential oils gently.

If using dried flowers, sprinkle a few into each mould.

Pour the melted soap into the moulds, then let it set at room temperature (or refrigerate to speed up the process).

Once hardened, pop out your bars and store in an airtight container.
