About the Founder:
Rochelle is a holistic natural health practitioner with over two decades of experience in the mind-body wellness field. Her unique approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science, weaving together yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy, energy medicine, and the subconscious reprogramming needed to truly transform health at its root.
With a deep understanding of energetics, epi-genetics, and the nervous system, Rochelle’s work is centered on helping people release what no longer serves them- physically, emotionally, and energetically - so they can step into the vibrant, healthy life they’re meant to live.
When Rochelle was first introduced to colour analysis at just 12 years old and still remembers the experience of discovering how certain tones completely transformed the way she looked and felt. That easy fascination eventually evolved into Zotiah, a modern elevated method to help women rediscover the colours that make them feel most magnetic, harmonious and at home within themselves.
Whether you are beginning your wellness journey or deepening an existing one, the NRG CNTR and Zotiah are ultimately about helping women reconnect with themselves, restoring harmony confidence softness and a deeper sense of alignment from the inside out.
