
Sleepy Golden Milk
A soothing, warming drink to help you unwind and signal your body it’s time for rest.
Ingredients
(serves 1):

1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or cow’s milk)

1 tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of freshly ground black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for sweetness)

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

½ tsp coconut oil or ghee (optional, for extra creaminess)
Method:

Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan over low-medium heat.

Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and coconut oil until fully combined.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and sweetener, if using.

Pour into your favourite mug and sip slowly, ideally 20–30 minutes before bedtime.
