Apple Pear and Spinach Juice
- 3 large packham pears, quartered
- 3 large granny smith apples, quartered
- 100g baby spinach
- 5 mint sprigs
- ice cubes to serve
- mint sprigs to serve
Juice together the pears, apples, baby spinach and 5 mint sprigs and serve with extra mint and ice cubes.

Berry and Watermelon Juice
- 1/4 watermelon peeled and chopped
- 125g raspberries
- 250g strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup of crushed ice, to serve
- mint sprigs to serve
Juice together all the watermelon, raspberries and strawberries, serve with ice and mint sprigs.
Celery, Apple and Ginger Juice
- 6 sticks celery, trimmed
- 6 granny smith apples, cut in half, each half cut into wedges
- 5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
Juice together the celery apples and ginger. Serve Immediately.
