Raspberry & Watermelon Crush

Raspberries and watermelon are both in season right now, and with the weather still deliciously warm this yummy delicately flavoured smoothie from The Juice Bar Book by Sara Lewis is sure to help rehydrate and satisfy any sweet cravings.


Serves 1

  • 1/4 small watermelon, peeled, roughly chopped and most of the black seeds removed.

  • 1/2 lime, zest and most of the pith removed, deseeded and roughly chopped

  • 115g of raspberries

  • small handful of crushed ice


To Make This Juice

Put the watermelon and lime in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add the raspberries and crushed ice and whizz again. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
