Sisters Rising Up

My friend Vida posted on her face-book page a quote that read something like "women are abandoning the need to just come together and gossip, they are coming together to heal, grow and prosper. This is the new sisterhood"

I resonate with this so deeply and have found it increasingly true within my incredible group of soul sisters. We are collectively rising up, finding and living our purpose, supporting and encouraging each other along our individual journey's. It really does feel like a new arising, a new empowering way of living of being. Instead of gossiping, judging and tearing down our sisters (and brothers) lets comment on the positive qualities, lets continue to focus an what we can be grateful for. Of course, there will be, at times issues and situations that need to be addressed but even then when these times arise lets use kindness, gentleness, empathy, compassion and understanding when bringing these "issues" to attention.What a wonderful model of behaviour for our children to witness, to be immersed and surrounded by sister-ship and brother hood helping and supporting one another seeped in kindness and love.

Lets continue to uncover the love and joy within and allow that to shine out to our families, our communities and the world...x
